Hymnal Order Form added and Staff page updated

A pdf version of the Hymnal Order Form was added to the forms page and the staff page has been updated - Jennifer’s title and roles changed, and new Vicar added in place of Vicar Labuhn.

New layouts complete

The new layout (centered, with white background behind the text) should be applied to all windows now. Members should notify web admin (web-request@trinitylutheranchurch.org) if any were missed.
